Exchanges (14‑day policy)
- Eligibility: Request an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Process: Visit our showroom or contact us online to start the exchange. Provide order number, photos, and reason for exchange.
- Limits: Each item may be exchanged once; exchanges are final.
- Price differences: If the replacement item is higher in value, pay the difference. If lower, remaining credit may be applied to another purchase (no cash refunds).
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Defective items & warranty claims
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact sales@themannequin.com immediately with photos and order details.
- We will assess the issue and advise on repair, replacement, or approved exchange.
- Timely notification helps us resolve claims faster — please report defects as soon as possible after delivery.
Right to refuse & policy changes
- TheMannequin.com reserves the right to reject exchanges or warranty claims that fail to meet policy requirements.
- We may amend this policy at any time; the latest version on our website applies.
