Exchanges (14‑day policy)

  • Eligibility: Request an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Process: Visit our showroom or contact us online to start the exchange. Provide order number, photos, and reason for exchange.
  • Limits: Each item may be exchanged once; exchanges are final.
  • Price differences: If the replacement item is higher in value, pay the difference. If lower, remaining credit may be applied to another purchase (no cash refunds).
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Defective items & warranty claims

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact sales@themannequin.com immediately with photos and order details.
  • We will assess the issue and advise on repair, replacement, or approved exchange.
  • Timely notification helps us resolve claims faster — please report defects as soon as possible after delivery.
